Maybe it would be better to take this shot on another time, when the sky is brighter. It would give more contrast between the sky and the ocean.
But this is only my opinion

nice but i would like a little bit more contrast. i know that a lot of contrast would spoil the smog and fog thing... but just a little bit more... but that is just me...
