Description
Something totally different from concert photography: a series of portraits with the title: free as a bird. This is the first one.Last year I visited the anual Falconryfestival, which was organised at the Englefield Estate in Theale, England. This was the first international Falconryfestival held. Falconers from all over the world were represented at this festival, which was all about celebrating more than 3000 years of falconry.
I would like to dedicate this series to Madanapale; who is the master of making stunning, moving and confronting portraits.
Furthermore; I am aware that this is certainly technically not the best shot: the overexposed arm; the annoying people in the front and background...but at the same time I didn't want these people to pose for me, because that would take away a piece of the atmosphere / chemistry of these falconers with their birds.

Great capture. Dont know who has more serious expression, the guy or the bird. Too bad about the guy in the background, but that's show business.

I think the bulky thing along the right border in the background is the major issue.
Besides that, great capture.
